Eventually, MDPL will have a local space for writing, offer a venue for drop-in individualized tutoring, and hold evening and summer workshops. We will set up field trips for students, have volunteers to assist writing teachers in their classrooms, and provide publication opportunities for young writers. We hope to connect a community of writers and readers, of all ages, in Denver.

We have a few committed individuals who are creating programming, looking for a location, and attempting to raise money and make connections. Now, more than ever, we need help from other committed people who are willing to volunteer their time, effort, and passion for writing to help students.
